Celeste Zeng (NUS MBA '20, HKBU BBA ’13) and 17 other new alumni received Alumni Kits as a congratulatory gift from the Hinrich Foundation.

Mr. Hinrich welcomed our 18 new alumni to the HFAA with an inspirational message:

“We’re very happy to have been of assistance to you, but your success is truly yours. You self-selected. You aspired, you grew into where you’re at today, you’ve learned a lot that benefited you, and you’re better prepared to lead. And lead, you obviously must do, as the world we can see today in the news, needs leaders.”

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Hinrich also encouraged everyone to never give up, keep punching, keep working and live their dreams.

Kathryn Dioth, Hinrich Foundation CEO, reminded our newly minted HFAA members that in addition to a growing lifelong network of like-minded alumni, the alumni association provided an additional pathway to success.

"One of the most important benefits of being part of the HFAA is that there is a group of people here at HF thinking about you and what you need to be successful.”

A highlight of the event was hearing from each of our new alumni who shared the most important thing they learned on their Global Trade Leader journey thus far.

ALC President Mohammad Nurun Nobi (HKPU MSEM '16) spoke fondly of the many benefits of being an active member of the HFAA family. In particular, he shared the benefits of mentorship afforded to him through the HF network.

The HFAA looks forward to welcoming our current scholars into the HFAA next year, continuing the tradition of celebrating milestones on their Global Trade Leader journeys.
