Earl Carr is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CJPA Global Advisors. Mr. Carr has over 25 years of experience in wealth management, commercial banking, strategy, marketing, consulting, education, international development, and research & development.
He has held positions at Morgan Stanley, McKinsey & Co, HSBC Bank and The Council on Foreign Relations. He studied at Beijing Normal University and Tokyo’s International Christian University. Earl has served as an Adjunct Instructor at NYU’s Center for Global Affairs. Mr. Carr received his B.A. from The College of William & Mary and his M.A. from American University. Earl is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of The National Committee on US-China Relations (NCUSCR), Black China Caucus (BCC), International Career Advancement Program (ICAP) Fellow, and former Korea Society Kim Koo Foundation Fellow (2018 Cohort). Earl is a monthly columnist at Forbes. He is highly proficient in Mandarin Chinese, and conversant in Japanese and Spanish.
