Van has worked across Asia for adidas and is currently the Vice President of Apparel Sourcing for Southeast Asia. She has spent two decades in managerial roles relating to strategic sourcing, operations and country management in Footwear and Apparel. She proactively works with regional universities to create industry leading talent development plans. She is now based in Ho Chi Minh City.
