Yoonee Jeong is a Senior Digital Technology Specialist with the Digital Technology for Development Unit at the Asian Development Bank.
Prior to that, Yoonee was the Director of Public and Regulatory Affairs with the Telenor Group, a global mobile operator. She has also served as a senior consultant on digital economy policy and capacity building for the World Bank and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for the Asia Pacific (UN-ESCAP). She was also the Director of Research and Consulting with TRPC, a Singapore-based advisory firm focused on the digital and technology sector.
