Winners of 2019 Hinrich Global Trade Leader scholarship at INSEAD

Two talented entrepreneurs awarded the 2019 Hinrich Global Trade Leader scholarship for the INSEAD MBA program.

Zain Abbas from Pakistan and Eddie Cai from China have been named winners of the Hinrich Global Trade Leader Scholarship for the 2019 Master of Business Administration (MBA) at INSEAD. Scholars were selected based on their potential to contribute to sustainable global trade.

Founded in 1957, INSEAD is well-known as an international top-tier business school with campuses in Europe (France), Asia (Singapore) and the Middle East (Abu Dhabi). The Master of Business Administration program at INSEAD aims to develop global leaders demanded by businesses today.  

Program Director of the Hinrich Foundation, Alex Boome, explains the inspiration behind the program:

“Through this partnership with INSEAD, we want to empower future business leaders by supporting their education at a leading business school. We believe the program will benefit them with enhanced skills and management expertise to grow their global trade business.”

The two scholars will begin their studies in September 2019. Zain will be at the Fontainebleau campus and Eddie will be in Singapore.
