Hoan is an entrepreneur passionate about business management and infrastructure. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Mizar Consulting, an impact-driven management consulting company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam providing integrated solutions relating to management consulting, financial consulting, digital transformation, and market entry services in Vietnam and Cyprus.

Other companies she has founded include the Tillerman Consulting Group and The Expansion JSC, which provides civil and commercial clients with quality and sustainable design and build services, as well as factory and warehouse leasing services.

Formerly, she served in China as the Sourcing Coordinator at Island Expert Private, a foreign investment company, and as the Assistant VP of Supply Chain Management at Binh Tien Imex Corporation in Vietnam.

Hoan earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Raffles College of Design and Commerce in 2015, and a Master of Global Trade at RMIT University in 2023.
