Personal statement

By now, most of us are aware that our world is changing rapidly and, most notably, technologically with routine hand-on jobs to be replaced with AI. Everyone knows this and so do I. However, since the moment I came back to Siemens more than one year ago, I was even more overwhelmed with this. From its start as a small sector of Siemens, Siemens Healthineers has expanded rapidly to become a leading medical technology company with more than 50,000 employees in over 70 countries. In order to reach that position, we have had to drive so many changes, initiatives and innovations.

My contribution to this big “family” is based on expertise in the import-export field as the Operation Manager in a textile factory for more than six years. In addition to the role of Personal Assistant for the Management board, I am also in charge of Sales Education Coordinator for Sales and Product teams at Siemens Healthineers. I am totally convinced that learning and development is the utmost importance for the sustainable development of a company.

Strategically, studying the Master of Global Trade will help me to accelerate my career to contribute to the growth of Siemens Healthineers and its stakeholders. Furthermore, the valuable scholar networking will help me enhance the access to talent and mentors, open career opportunities and gain new expertise. I know I am not only an ambassador for Siemens Healthineers, but also an ambassador for the young professional generation.
