Adam Mossoff is Professor of Law at Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University, and a Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute.

He is a nationally recognized expert on patent policy and patent licensing. His research has been relied on by the United States Supreme Court, by lower federal courts, and by federal agencies, and he has been invited five times to testify before the US Senate and the House of Representatives on patent legislation. He is also a member of the Intellectual Property Rights Advisory Committee of ANSI and he has served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the IEEE-USA.
