Harry Clapsis
Government Affairs Manager, Semiconductor Industry Association
Harry Clapsis is a Government Affairs Manager at SIA. In this role, Harry is on the team focused on export control policy, while he also leads SIA’s efforts to stop the proliferation of counterfeit semiconductors.
Before joining SIA in 2018, he was a program coordinator at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF). Harry also has experience with the European Parliament, the State Department, and multiple congressional offices. He has a BS in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a MS in Foreign Service, with a focus on international trade, at Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service.
