Laura Baughman

Laura M. Baughman, is the president of The Trade Partnership and Trade Partnership Worldwide, LLC. She directs the research activities of both firms.

Ms. Baughman testifies before various US government agencies regarding the likely impacts on competitiveness of prospective or actual trade policies. Baughman prepares the economic analysis required for countervailing duty and antidumping complaints, Section 201, 301 and 332 investigations, and Generalized System of Preferences requests. She also conducts research in the field of textiles and apparel. Baughman holds degrees in economics from Georgetown (1977) and Columbia (1978) Universities.
