Benjamin has extensive experience working as an economist in the public sector, having worked at Vanuatu’s Ministry of Finance and Economic Management and in various roles for the UK Government. His background is in transport, health, and development economics.

He is currently working as a managing consultant based in CEPA’s Sydney office. He has extensive experience working as an economist in the public sector, having worked in various roles in the UK Government. His background is in transport, health, and development economics.

Before joining the firm in Sydney, Benjamin worked at the UK’s Department for Transport (DfT) where he was head of EU Exit border analysis. Before this, he was at the UK’s National Audit Office where he delivered a wide range of value-for-money studies primarily in the health sector.

Prior to working in the UK Government, Benjamin was posted as an ODI Fellow to Vanuatu’s Ministry of Finance and Economic Management. His main role was to advise the Vanuatu government on the effective use of funds in the health sector.

Benjamin holds an MSc in Development Economics from SOAS, University of London, where he also received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
