Alumni background
Based in Yangon, Ei currently is the Assistant Manager at the Pou Chen Group Myanmar, a manufacturer of athletic and casual footwear for some of the world's largest brands including Nike, Adidas, Asics, New Balance and Timberland. In this role, she manages the Demand Team, maintaining control over inventory levels for imported raw materials and production capacity.
Prior to joining Pou Chen, Ei worked as a Project Coordinator for I Engineering where she focused on Quality Assurance, and in quality control at Torishima Pump Myanmar.
She earned her Bachelor of Civil Engineering from West Yangon Technology University and then completed her Master of Science in Global Production Engineering and Management from Vietnamese-German University in Vietnam in 2019 with the Pou-Chen-Hinrich Global Trade Leader Scholarship Program.
