Hinrich Foundation Trade Research Internship

In partnership with the Centre on Asia and Globalisation (CAG) at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.

The National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is offering a Hinrich Foundation Trade Research Internship at the school’s Centre on Asia and Globalisation (CAG).

The role assists CAG’s Senior Research Fellows on research projects related to international trade, and will require successful applicants to produce articles and a paper of 4,000 words on a global trade issue to be published by the Hinrich Foundation.

Requirements

  • Must have completed or be undertaking a Master’s degree with expertise in economics and/or international trade
  • Preference will be given to pre-Doctoral and Doctoral Students
  • Must be a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Strong analytical ability and strong self-motivation
  • Able to work independently
  • A strong sense of collegiality
  • Excellent quantitative skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English

Duration of Internship

  • Contract for Service: 6 months
