Alice Calder is a program manager with the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.

She received her MA in Applied Economics from George Mason University and is an alum of the Mercatus MA fellowship. She graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA in philosophy and political economy. Previously, Alice worked in the operations office of the Institute of Economic Affairs, in the Koch Associate Program as a Development Associate at Mercatus & IHS, as well as the Koch Internship Program at CEI. Alice's research interests include immigration and international trade, innovation and entrepreneurship, and the intersection of economics and culture.
