Jie “Jade” Shen started her own ecommerce company, Lightyear Guangzhou, focusing on International Business Development. She has over 10 years’ experience in international business development and management in the leisure, travel and tourism industry.

Between 2010 and 2015, she held various leadership roles at Global Sources, one of the world’s leading B2B media companies.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Journalism Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2010 thanks to a Hinrich Global Trade Leader Scholarship. Jade received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China in 2008.
