Chandler is a human resources specialist. As Senior HR Manager for Tencent, a multinational Chinese conglomerate providing Internet-related services and products to over a billion users, Chandler’s daily tasks are not just talent matching but also understanding the company’s business growth needs. Before joining Tencent, Chandler spent two years working as an HR Business Partner with Memebox, a multi-brand beauty and personal care startup headquartered in San Francisco. There, he built his own HR and administration teams from scratch. Chandler’s extensive working experience also includes working as an HR Executive at Global Sources.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources concentration) from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2014 through a Hinrich Global Trade Leader Scholarship.
