High international exposure and mobility

The MBA program reports a high rate of diversity, with 97% of the class being international students who represent over 40 nationalities. This mix encourages cross-cultural exchange, diverse perspectives and collaborative problem-solving, preparing graduates to lead confidently across markets, cultures and time zones.
Optional international company treks and study tours let students explore different business dynamics, meet with local businesspeople and expand their professional networks. Recent destinations include Singapore, Germany, the Netherlands, the US and South Africa.
Students on the 15- or 18-month format can spend up to four months on exchange at one of more than 50 partner schools across Europe, North and Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Esade also offers a dual-degree path with Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management in China, through which students earn two MBA qualifications.

Strong focus on experiential learning and strengthening employability

Esade integrates action-based learning into the MBA program through live corporate initiatives, such as the In-Company Project where students work with leading clients to solve real management challenges or the Challenge-Based Innovation project in partnership with CERN to build technology-inspired products and services that address societal challenges.
Career Acceleration Programs are specialized, sector-focused preparation tracks designed to equip students with the technical skills, industry frameworks and recruitment readiness needed to successfully transition into competitive target sectors. Running in parallel with coursework and career services, these optional programs cover financial services, consulting and technology sectors.
