It provides a wide range of quality health care, personal care, skin care and baby products to consumers. Guardian has been awarded “Best Service Retailer” for six consecutive years by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association through its Mystery Shopper Program. It was voted as the “No. 1 Customers’ Favorite Brand” in a survey conducted by global market research company Ipsos for 14 consecutive years from 2004 to 2017.
